Air is an ongoing project by artist Martin Grasser that explores the space between subject and lens—what exists in that threshold but typically goes unseen. The work combines photography and digital painting, manifesting across multiple media and formats.
I designed the printed book as one extension of this exploration. The book becomes a visual journey through air itself: not the objects being photographed, but the invisible atmosphere between them and the camera. Each spread immerses the reader in fields of pure color—making tangible what is usually imperceptible.
